TMZ is reporting he’s stuck in Africa and can’t come back because he’s behind on his child support payments. If you’re shaking your head like I am and thinking, what’s one got to do with the other well………..Jermaine is currently in Ouagadougou, Barkina Faso, Africa. It was discovered is passport has expired and he can’t get a new one, so he’s stranded!
