Mistrial Declared for Richmond Teacher’s Aide

The judge determined the Richmond teacher’s aide case to be a mistrial Thursday.
The case revolved around Alex Erby being accused of inappropriately touching students. He had been charged with four felonies, including taking indecent liberties with children.
However, due to contacts between jurors and parties in the case, the judge declared the case to be a mistrial.
