Captain Lenmuel S. Terry, Division Commander with the Virginia State Police Department had a conversation with me about his good friend of 36 years and co-worker Master Trooper Junius A. Walker. Captain Terry asked Trooper Walker when is he planning to retire? Trooper Walker said in “one year” and he made it one more day.
