All the pieces appear to be coming together to create what forecasters are calling “Frankenstorm,” a monster combination of high wind, heavy rain, extreme tides and maybe snow that could cause havoc along the East Coast just before Halloween next week. Two systems are set to collide on the east coast and is estimated to cause record damage of $1 billion.

Hurricane Sandy have prompted utilities line up out-of-state work crews and canceling employees’ days off to deal with the imminant power outages since this freak occurrence will affect Washington D.C. and several states including North carolina, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and more up the coast.
