George Zimmerman, the man accused in the murder of teenager Trayvon Martin, was in court again on Friday attempting to get bail after being re-arrested when the court discovered that he and his wife had been dishonest in revealing their financial assets during his first court appearance on a bail hearing.   The Sanford, Florida courtroom was crowded, and included the parents and brother of Trayvon Martin, who attend any and all hearings in regard to the case.

Zimmerman’s lawyers are arguing for the reinstatement of the $150,000 bail their client received earlier, but prosecutors say Zimmerman should be denied bail after he and his wife perjured themselves, and Circuit Court Judge Kenneth Lester says he will review all of the arguments and render a decision later by public order. There was no timetable set on when that order would be written.
