First Lady of the United States (FLOTUS) Michelle Obama appeared on Tuesday night’s episode of “The Biggest Loser” to promote her campaign against obesity.

The 6 competitors still vying for the title of “Biggest Loser” — the one who loses the most weight — got the shock of their lives when they were invited to the White House by the wife of President Barack Obama.

After having makeovers for the occasion, the 6 contestants met Obama and were reunited with loved ones — prompting floods of tears of joy.

Michelle Obama will actually appear with the contestants on “The Biggest Loser” on Tues., April 10, 8 p.m. ET on NBC.

The segment has already been taped with the contestants working out with the first lady. Michelle Obama met the families of the contestants… and even cracked a few jokes.

After meeting Jeremy and learning he lost 129 pounds, Obama says with a laugh, “Wow, is that all?” The hugs (and jokes) continue to flow as she meets the various contestants and sometimes, their “hot wife.”

“On Tuesdays, I work out and I watch you all,” Obama says. “And I always find myself increasing my incline as I watch you work out because I’m like, ‘I can do this.'”

After the meet and great, Obama gets in on the exercise with the contestants and trainers Dolvett Quince and Bob Harper. Quince and Harper lead Obama and “The Biggest Loser” contestants in their first ever White House workout.

The scenes of Obama working out with contestants at the White House are due to air next Tuesday.
