Actress Maya Rudolph, daughter of late singer Minnie Ripperton, proved again this Saturday night that she is indeed quite funny.

Rudolph hosted “Saturday Night Live,” on which she was a regular cast member for seven years, and gave a very entertaining and hilarious performance.

One of Rudolph’s funniest SNL skits is of a parody of celebrities coming to visit singer Beyoncé and rapper Jay-Z’s baby, Blue Ivy. Some of the parodied celebs that dropped in for a visit were singer/musician Prince, actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and rapper/actor LL Cool .

Rudolph also teamed with Fred Armisen to play Michelle and Barack Obama as “The Cosby Show” couple made famous by Bill Cosby and Phylicia Rashad. “The Obama Show” features Obama (in a Bill Cosby accent) trying to explain to Michelle why he’s about to chow down on an unhealthy sandwich.
