Actress Halle Berry and her ex male model Gabriel Aubry met for hours Friday with representatives from the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. Reportedly, social workers concluded Aubry needed to work on his anger issues, reports TMZ.

According to reports, DCFS recommended that Gabriel take anger management classes and our sources say he agreed to enroll.

The recommendation stems from an incident earlier this month in which Gabriel allegedly pushed the nanny while she was holding their 3 year old daughter Nahla. Aubry denied ever touching the nanny and claimed she was making the story up.

Monday morning Berry and Aubry are expected in court again, where the issue of custody arrangement changes will be revisited.

There is also a criminal investigation focusing on child endangerment and battery. This “he said she said” case is expected to be referred to the L.A. City Attorney next week, however prosecution of Aubry seems unlikely without proof.
