Actress Demi Moore is, reportedly, undergoing treatment for “exhaustion” after being hospitalized on Monday night.

According to sources, paramedics were dispatched to Moore’s Los Angeles home after a 911 call was placed at approximately 10:45 p.m. Paramedics reportedly gave Demi Moore medical assistance for 30 minutes before transporting her to a local hospital.

While sources say, Demi Moore, 49, is being treated for substance abuse — her publicist released a statement with different claims.

Publicist’s Statement Reads:

“Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”

Due to Moore’s stress and recent hospitalization, “The Insider” is reporting that Demi Moore will no longer be participating in the biopic “Lovelace,” which follows the story of adult film star Linda Boreman (aka Linda Lovelace). Moore was set to play the role of feminist Gloria Steinem.

Friends close to Demi Moore, 49, say, she has been under quite a bit of stress in recent months. In November, she announced that she was divorcing Ashton Kutcher, 33, after six years of marriage. Hinting at rumors of his infidelity, Moore divulged: “As a woman, a mother and a wife, there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life.”
