The fighting continues between actress Halle Berry and her baby daddy, ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, as they head back to court over allegations he pushed their daughter Nahla’s nanny into a wall while she held the child.
Reportedly, police launched an investigation of criminal child endangerment and battery against Aubry after the alleged incident was reported.
The confrontation supposedly happened last Wednesday, when the nanny went to pick-up Nahla from nursery school. She was supposedly informed that Gabriel Aubry had kept her home for the past 2 days because of an illness. The nanny subsequently went to Aubry’s home.

According to a source, “Gabriel and the nanny got into an argument because he didn’t call to let her know Nahla didn’t go to school.”
Allegedly, Gabriel Aubry, 36, told the nanny, “You’re the f*cking nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f*cking know anything.”
The source claims the confrontation took a turn for the worse, and the abuse turned from verbal to physical between the 5’2″ nanny and 6’4″ Aubry.
They claim, “She picked up Nahla to leave and Gabriel yelled at her and shoved her out the door so hard that she hit the wall — while she had Nahla in her arms.”
The nanny claims the abuse has been ongoing, and that she has now quit her job because of it.
A special court hearing is scheduled for tomorrow, with Halle Berry flying back home to attend.
It is the latest development in the long-running legal battle between Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry over their daughter.
Reportedly, the nanny and Aubry have had a contentious relationship since Halle was able to convince a judge that Gabriel cannot care for Nahla on his own, and that his visitations should be supervised.
Aubry claims the nanny encroaches on his relationship with his daughter.
