Just seven games into the new NBA season, and the Sacramento Kings have seen enough.  Paul Westphal, an ex-player himself, was fired Thursday after the Kings got off to a slow 2-5 start and Westphal was having personal issues with players, according to reports.  The Kings were blown out in Denver on Wednesday night 110-83, and the team decided not to delay making a change.  Assistant Keith Smart took over as interim head coach when the Kings faced Milwaukee last night, and apparently, it worked.  Sacramento rallied from a huge deficit to beat the Bucks.  In Atlanta, the Miami Heat plaing without LaBron James or Dwayne Wade against the Hawks tonight, the final,  the Heat pulls off the road win 116-109 in 3 overtimes as Chris Bosh stole the show with 33 pts and 12 reb.  Normally a huge game in San Antonio last night as the defending champion Dallas Mavericks visited the Spurs, but clearly the Mavs have issues, San Antonio rolls 93-71.
