1st Annual Southen Soul Show at Shand’s Park
Need something to do on Labor Day weekend? Then you should spend it at the First Annual Southern Soul Show, Saturday, September 3rd. Gates open at noon at Shand’s Park in Stony Creek, Virginia. It’s a day full of Southern Soul with live performances from the group NYCE, Southern Bluez Band and Show. Recording artist Walt Luv and Big G Band and Show! Plus DJ Ampro, DJ Cash Money, DJ Chop will be spinning more oldies but goodies!
Tickets are $15 in advance at BK Music on Midlothian Turnpike and Crocketts Music on Crater Road in Petersburg. Get them in advance because they’re $20 at the gate! Or you can get a round trip bus tickets for just $40 and that includes admission and free refreshments on the bus, which leaves Fairfield Commons Mall at 5pm and leaves the park at midnight.
