First Lady Michelle Obama rolls out the next level “Let’s Move Childcare” She joked with the young children, that she apologizes they did not get their naps. The First Lady announced the child-care phase of her “Let’s Move” campaign on Tuesday and encouraged the use of a checklist to improve healthy eating and increase physical activity.

Obama was joined by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius at CentroNía, a multicultural learning community in Washington. She urged a series of guidelines for child care providers, including one to two hours of physical activity throughout the day and no television for children under 2.

For older kids, screen time should be limited to no more than 30 minutes per week during child care.
