STONE SOUL INFORMATION
*TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE GATE. CASH ONLY! We will not accept Credit Cards.
*No coolers. No glass. No pets. Lawn chairs welcome.
*Children 5 & under are FREE
*No outside food or beverage allowed as you enter the event
*Must have a wrist band and be 21 to drink alcohol indicating you are approved. ID tent will be at the entrance
*For ALL beverages you must buy a drink ticket. Tickets can be located next to the ID tent at the entrance
*Umbrellas, caps, sunscreen and sun shades are recommended
*Be prepared to enjoy great music and great food with a wide selection of beverages. $1.00 “Stone Soul Food Samples” are available at all 12 food vendors in addition to full meals.
*There will be an ATM (automatic bank machine) on Brown’s Island, but take along cash to avoid bank charges
*There will be a handicap entrance to Brown’s Island. You must have your ticket. The handicap entrance is to the far right of the main entrance at the vehicular bridge.
*Please stay hydrated and drink water, especially if you are consuming alcohol
*A First Aid center will be set up on Brown’s Island and we have Richmond Emergency Personnel on hand. If you have a health emergency go to the nearest police officer.
*Gates open at 11:30AM, try to arrive early for easy parking
*There will be a “Children’s Play Area.” ALL children must be accompanied by an adult who must stay with them in order to enter. There will be a release for you to sign before entering the play area.
*Lost Children? We hope not, but if you lose anything or anyone go to the Radio Station Tents.
